We currently do not operate a showroom. We are actively seeking showroom partners. Contact us for more information.
Do you sell online?
No. All orders are handled via email inquiry. The price shown on the website is indicative. Send us an inquiry for a specific quote. After that, we can also arrange direct purchase on hark.de with delivery to your region, or we can send you a quote with delivery via SCECO d.o.o.
What types of fuel do HARK fireplaces use?
Depending on the model - wood only, or wood and coal. The fuel type is clearly indicated on each product page.
Do you offer installation?
No. SCECO d.o.o. does not provide installation services. Contact us for a referral to an installation partner in your region.
What is the warranty period?
HARK products come with a 5-year limited warranty. The warranty document is available for download on each product page.
Can I order a model not listed on your website?
Yes. The full HARK product range is available at hark.de. If you are interested in a model not on our list, contact us and we can arrange it.
How does delivery work?
Fireplaces are shipped from Duisburg, Germany. Logistics can be arranged by SCECO d.o.o. or the buyer, depending on the agreement.

EcoPlus is HARK's proprietary clean combustion system ensuring high energy efficiency and low emissions. EcoPlus fireplaces meet the strictest European environmental standards.
